Mitigation and Reconstruction

We can locate the mold, treat it or remove it. Mold might look like it's on the surface but could be behind the sheetrock or in the studs. Nevertheless we can get rid of it.

Leaving fans, blowers and dehumidifiers after we remove the damaged drywall is one of the steps we do.

This winter we've had our share of flooding. We have equipment to extract water and get your place back on track. 

Water damage usually starts at the roof. We can find the leak, dry, repair or replace.

Sometimes after water damage or fire, we are unable to match original tile or fixtures. That leads to bathroom remodel.

Tile repair and installation 

Laminate,  hardwood,  tile , linoleum,  carpet and more.

Drywall replacement or repair.

During rainy season we find leaks coming from the exterior windows or siding.
