I’m a retired general contractor, but continue to keep my hand in construction by acting as our synagogue’s building and maintenance coordinator. Our synagogue recently completed a series of restoration and maintenance projects with El Paso Restoration, Inc. (EPRI). Based upon my prior 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, and without reservation, I can recommend EPRI, its owner Mr. Aguirre, and his entire crew of workers. EPRI performed the mitigation and restoration work in our sanctuary after a significant interior water leak from a failed kitchen plumbing fixture. They responded to my initial call within one hour. That same day they arrived with equipment to vacuum up the water and began the dehumidification and drying out of our building. Their work also included the subsequent demolition and disposal of the existing carpeting, damaged drywall, the mitigation of mold, the repair and painting of drywall, the reinstallation of wood trims and new carpeting. EPRI’s work was competitively priced, well organized and efficiently completed. I’m very satisfied with the quality of the finished product that was provided. Everyone under Mr. Aguirre’s supervision, both employees and subcontractors were well mannered, respectful and great to work with. My wife and I were extremely pleased with El Paso Inc! They painted our 2625 sq ft home. Their bid process was rapidly turned around, including any necessary repairs as they prepped it for painting. They used the very best paint on the market, Sherman- Williams. We were always kept aware of the painting process, and any issues that arose were easily accommodated. We were absolutely delighted with the outcome. They also were able to stain the redwood deck posts & connectors. The professionalism of Xito’s team was exceptional. We would absolutely use them again and have already recommended them to our friends and neighbors. A big shoutout to team member, Arturo Gomez, who displayed masterful painting skills!
